Darrell and his team are AMAZING. I had an issue for literally YEARS with a sound on my car. No other shops could figure out the problem, even the actual honda dealer themselves could not figure out the problem. After researching tons of shops I came across The Small Car Shop and I am so thankful I did! Darrell took everything serious from the very first moment I spoke with him. He treated me with respect, was honest, and his price was absolutely fair and truthful. He literally is an honest man who clearly has values as a person and business owner. The best part is my car is perfect now. I have had it back for months now and it continues to run perfectly. He found the problem and fixed it, the turn around time was about three days and that's only because he had to order a part otherwise it would've been the next day. I just appreciate this shop so much and will never trust my car with another shop. Thank you1

My next adventure to The Small Car Shop was wonderful as usual. Don't misunderstand me, I strongly detest automobile repairs, but they are a necessary part of life if you own a vehicle. On Thursday, my check engine light came on, so I immediately contacted Daryl . He asked some questions over the phone to get a better idea of what was going on. He let me know that I could bring my van in on Tuesday morning. I received a text message with my appointment time and date and on Monday a confirmation reminder of my appointment. Upon arrival, Daryl let me know that he was pretty sure that I needed a new coolant thermostat. He was so sure that he proactively ordered the part for my vehicle so as to minimize any delay in ordering and receiving the thermostat. This is the kind of establishment that you want to do business with. I left with an estimated quote of the repair costs. Late Tuesday I received a call from Daryl letting me know that the van was ready, it was the thermostat and that I had a transmission leak to which he put in new seals and transmission fluid. The cost was a bit more than the estimated cost. However, I felt comforted that Daryl had taken liberty to repair an upcoming breakdown and save me a future trip right back to him in a matter of a couple weeks, if that long. I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday and felt very well taken care of. Daryl takes pride in his work, business and his customers. i am grateful that an attorney friend of mine recommended Daryl and his Small Car Shop. If you are in need of auto service or repairs, check him out, you won't regret it.
