This place is truly worth so many more stars than the 4.4 I see here. I have always gotten superior service and at a financially and historically dangerous time, I couldn't ask for more. Each and every time they have been smart and thorough and so very kind. They will work with you if they can. My car drives so much better after I see them. I'm not sure if they understand just how much they have helped me and my family with their consistent exceptional service and care. If they're booked, it's worth the wait!

Great professional atmosphere, was greeted immediately, and they had me in and out of the office in probably a minute. They were quick with their work and I picked it up shortly after. Again, the office visit was pretty painless. Down two stars because the price was much higher than I had been quoted, and it already felt a lot for the service.

2000 Chevy Silveradoo 1500 LT. I waited until my brakes "SET IN" to do my review. First off they are really busy(good sign for a mechanic) so it may take a week to get it in. Quality work and it was fairly priced. Patrick was very professional on the phone and I believe it was a Chris who was very helpful as well. My beloved Hercules is stopping well after they installed new rotors and pads. They also fixed a front shock that had pulled free on the top. They also installed the front parking brake cables and lever. I need to go back so they can adjust the parking brake as it still is not working. I will update after that work is done. They work on almost all brands so I can bring the wife's Nissan and my Toyota commuter car all to the same place as well in the future. ***BONUS AND ANOTHER SIGN OF A GOOD MECHANIC SHOP*** They install parts you bought. Not forced to only use their parts at their set prices.

My girlfriend’s car “went south” on her last night on the way home from work in Portland. I called Premier first thing this morning and was told I could bring it in, but they couldn’t promise they could get to it today, but thought they could get to it by Thursday. A few hours after dropping it off I got a call with the diagnosis and cost. I told them to go ahead, and the car was finished and back in our driveway by 3pm. The way the car was acting on her drive home, I was prepared for a huge bill, if not a total write off of the old car. These guys are GREAT, and will be our mechanics in Tigard from now on.
