Thanks Tilson’s! You made the communication easy by sending updates to my email and by text. The recommended repairs and estimates were all there in writing for me to take it all in. You offered me a loaner & had it warming up before I even asked!! I really wasn’t expecting a loaner, but it was great not to be stranded. It was awesome how you were so gracious to allow me the use of the loaner, which, btw, was a lot of fun to drive. Most important for me was the prompt and clear communication & the links to explanations about the various systems that were affected and how it mattered for my car. Hopefully it lasts a long long time!

Sometimes it can be challenging to trust. Tilson's on the other hand wiped that fear away. They did an amazing job on repairing our car. They will definitely be our go to for car care. Steve is so kind and professional. I had to call a couple of times with questions and Steve answered each time. You can see his smile over the phone line and truly has excellent customer service skills.

Tilson's Auto Repair did what other auto repair shops fail on. They communicated very effectively. They let me know about any issues that should be remedied and let me make the decision without any pressure. Also, I dropped off my truck in the Morning and they gave me a loan vehicle to use for a day while they worked on my truck.

Tilson's is a great auto shop with very reasonable prices and excellent service. I've been to them for a couple of different issues from wheel alignment to tire replacement to fluid flushes. They've been fantastic every time and have done great detailed work and have very reasonable prices. Very nice guys too.
