However, everyone appeared to be of normal size, with one particular individual being rather large. Q1 StarI called them and they refused to fix a tail light assembly that about fell off my Mom's truck. They knew the screws were not the right ones and only made excuses as to why they didn't put the correct ones in. The guy said he didn't have any other screws that day. Apparently he has never heard of a parts store. He lost a potential customer. He lost a current customer. Stand behind your work. Take some pride in your work.Wednesday 12th May 2021
