My car broke down, had to get it towed, it was after hours, and I had to pick a repair shop off of reviews on the internet. I left a message on the phone. I called the next day, no one answered so I left another message. I called back again at 11am, and finally got a hold of someone. They seemed upset that I left my car with them. This was also on Monday. They said they would look at it on Thursday or Friday. They got it looked at before then, and fixed it quicker than they said they would. They were also upset I couldn't pick it up during their work day. I live an hour and a half away, and couldn't make it up there before closing. The bill was paid, but before it was paid they made it seem like we would try to skip out on the bill. I can understand that, but they don't need to be unfriendly when we have car trouble. It seemed very different than the reviews I read online.

They genuinely care and you as a customer and try to get you the best deal they can. Jim is a great human being and still has yet to charge me for a loaner car. Great, reasonably-priced, timely service...I will always come back to Todd's.

My AC stopped just before a big heatwave. Called Todd’s and left it there the next morning. They had it fixed by lunchtime. Quick turn around! Thanks Todd’s!
