I have taken several of my vehicles to Elite Automotive Service for repair, the craftsmanship was excellent (I never had a complaint). I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Toledo Elite on my 2008 Escalade has been phenomenal. In the past two/three years I've had a starter replaced, shocks done, lower transmission lines replaced, gear shift cable replaced, brakes and calipers done. On one occasion the gear shift cable broke off the transmission at my physical therapy. They came out there and fixed it in the parking lot so I was able to drive it to there shop to get it fix properly. But last week the squeaking noise was unreal. I needed an idler pully and alternator. The thing was the parts store kept giving them a bad alternator so they ended up replacing it three time in the same day. I've had nothing but great interactions with All of Toledo Elite staff. The two best parts of Toledo Elite to me are. They truly treat you like family with the care they give and they Don't try to Hurt Your Pockets. That's Love
