Sandy Zentgraf1 StarWill never go back to this auto repair place! They can do minor repairs, but when it comes to something major, they guess at what might be wrong with your car! They charged me for unnecessary work that they did because they could not figure out how to repair my car! They charged me for their own mistakes! All I needed was a new battery & they tried to charge me almost $900 at first to fix my car. Then they reduced my bill to $500 because they could NOT figure out exactly what was wrong. When I got home with my car & decided to go back out to the store, once again my car would not start! I then took my car to Advance Auto Parts & found out all I needed was a new battery & got a FREE diagnostic test to prove it! Top Auto Repair charged me $50 for their diagnostic test ! I was also charged very high prices for things I did not need done on my car! Top Auto Repairs took advantage of an elderly lady who is disabled! All I needed was a new battery and they made me go through so much unnecessary work, time, & stress before I found out what was really wrong with my car!!! Why didn't they ever check my battery to begin with??? How stupid!!!Thursday 1st November 2018

Leonardo de Toledo Lorenzetti Barros1 StarWorst service ever. I brought my car to alignment and when they did left my car totally bad due forgot to align the rear tires. When I came back to ask for support they was totally rude, aggressive and tried to put all the blame of non alignment on the suspension parts and tried not gave my money back or even solve the problem.
I went to other place, fixed it and then they gave my money back after proved using the report of the another one they mistaken. All the time they force you to fix unnecessary parts and charges you for each diagnosis. Ridiculous.Thursday 31st January 2019
