Excellent service, very professional and friendly. They solved a problem no other shop has been able too in the last 7 years. The repairs I needed weren’t cheap, but they were reasonably priced and highly recommended to me with great results on my car’s performance. I will be using this shop in the future and highly recommend them. Being able to trust that a shop isn’t out to rip you off is huge to me and I’m sure most others.

Great to work with. Very knowledgeable and fair. Took my truck in. They discovered the issue and did the research to find out it was covered by my warranty. They let me know that I needed it to be repaired at the dealership. They didn't even charge me! Great customer service

I recently used this shop for brakes. I was wanted to replace pads and have rotors turned. I was expecting worst case scenario and have to replace rotors. I got a call that said the brakes were fine. These guys were honest. You know any other shop would have just replaced them and moved on.

I could not recommend Total Automotive/ Steve more. I did not want to go to a big dealership and asked around at work where to go and everyone said Total Automotive. Steve was wonderful to work with and did not take me for a ride. He has been beyond honest on what my car needs and has not been pressuring on what needs to be done/ fixed. His prices are always fair and less than dealerships. I cannot recommend them more.
