EDIT: TR's called and apologized for the experience. The mechanic who did my brake work has retired and no longer works there. This shop has done several jobs on my 2000 Mazda, and all but one has been satisfactory. I went in for brake work earlier this year, and it came out worse than it was when I took it in. The brake pedal went all the way to the floor, and the parking brake no longer worked. I took it back, the mechanic tinkered with it for about 30 minutes, and then returned it to me only marginally better, stating that he wasn't sure what else he could do about it. I then took it to another local shop, who determined that there was water in my brake fluid and that my parking brake cable was broken. The second shop flushed and replaced the brake fluid and replaced the cable, and the car was back to itself again. This was out of character for TR's, but I am also not sure there is a good excuse for it. They usually do good work.

Our motorhome lost its radiator going over the Big Horns. We called three companies in Worland and each one recommend TR's. The owner (Jeremy?) is an amazing guy. He waited for us to arrive, had a radiator delivered after hours, stayed late to try and replace the unit, only to discover that we needed a non-standard part which required an overnight stay. Since we had no vehicle, he let us borrow his company truck at no charge so our family of five could get to a local motel. The motorhome was repaired the next day at 12 Noon. I don't know if everybody in WY is like Jeremy, but the amazing kindness, expertise and quality of the work is impossible to overstate. At breakfast in Worland that morning, I mentioned what he did to the owner of the diner. Her response, "that sounds like TR's".

They helped me out when I was anxious about an oil leak. They are backed up and super busy but put my car on a lift and checked it anyway. They were able to diagnose problems and give me peace of mind. Didnt charge me a dime. Go To them. Very honest and kind people

Outstanding customer service... these guys really go out of their way when you have a breakdown. U joints .... El supremo. Definitely looking forward to stopping by again sometime... 7.3 friendly... A++++
