MM Zah5 StarHighly recommend Tracy's Automotive in Goddard. Sometimes it is difficult to find a trusting relationship with an auto repair shop, however my recent experience (April 2014) has proven that they will have a returning customer for years to come. New management (Chris) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my vehicle's issues were diagnosed PROPERLY and that my transportation needs were met. I appreciated his genuine approach and dedication to quality customer service. (NOTE: This is a TREMENDOUS improvement over previous management.) Thank you Tracy's, for addressing the problems @ this location...and making them right!Friday 9th May 2014
