I had brought my vehicle here a few times before and Bob was always fair and good. He has since let his hair grow out but but that’s beside the point. I brought my vehicle there and described the issue with the driver side and 3rd brake light not working, as well as the driver side turn signal working intermittently. He said it would probably take him one or two days to troubleshoot the issue. Then I asked what his rate is and he replied $180.00 an hour. Seriously? Told him I’d think about it and left. I’m an electrician, but not vehicles. This seems over the top.

Bob's professional approach is the best I have witnessed. He is straight forward in his ability to understand and solve a multitude of problems. I was told by another shop what they thought was my air conditioning issue-- when Bob heard what I had researched and ask me some questions on issues I had had with the system he felt that the other shop was in error. This proved 100% correct saving me from an expensive mistake. He takes time to keep his customer's informed on any all issues and provides all replaced parts for your inspection. He then shows the work performed and answers all questions. This was truly the best automotive repair experience of my life time!!
