Isabel C5 StarSwitching from the dealership to Trinity has been a great decision. I'm able to get appointments quickly and could trust them right away. Their inspections are thorough, but they help you prioritize the work needed and what can wait which helps budget for auto expenses. If something doesn't need service that you request, they talk to you about it instead of just doing it and charging you. That helps build trust especially for someone not very knowledgeable about cars. They've also accommodated additional work during the same appointment for me to avoid a trip back and get more urgent repairs done that I didn't know I needed. They not only changed my oil but also did a full diagnostic on my truck, which has a lot of issues lol the truck is old and dieing but they also sent me an estimate on how much it would take to fix the problems. tim mac5 StarNot a reviewer to often but this is the 4th time I have brought an auto for repair to them. This time it was a Volkswagen that was still under warranty. The dealer found the brakes to need replacing. We let them do what they considered warranty covered work and got pricing on brakes. I knew from previous experience that Trinity would be less expensive and provide a better guarantee on their work. They were less expensive but under the honesty category told me I should have 15000 - 20k miles to go on the car before they would have to be replaced. He took the time to explain everything to me. I'm not ready too throw the dealer under the bus but they clearly wanted to do them now. They will need to be replaced not now. Unbelievable that in today world there is a auto repair shop that is so honest and goes beyond anyone I have used for any service in their whole approach to making sure you are satisfied.Tuesday 28th December 2021

The reports you get on the work they do are helpful and provide comfort that they actually did the work as expected unlike some other places.
