The owner is very fair. But be selective on the car salesmen. Due your research. And don't be afraid to ask questions if you got the right sales person they will be happy to get you answers and remember you can always ask to speak with someone else. This is a great place to buy a truck or car.

I called to schedule to have my vehicle serviced and right out of the gate the man who answered my phone call was very unprofessional with me. When I asked him if I could ask a few questions about my vehicle’s issues he responded, “Make it quick, I’m really busy.” He sounded like he didn’t want to assist me at all (along with “uh-huh” and very sarcastic answers) and I definitely have no desire to step foot in this place if that’s how they treat their customers even over the phone. Learn some phone manners because you just lost my business.

5 Gold Stars for consistently outstanding service! We've been taking our vehicles to Truck Town Auto Repair Shop for years now. They have handled everything from major mechanical repairs like transmissions, brake repairs and auto air conditioning problems to minor mechanic needs like mufflers, tire rotations, auto electrical issues and auto tune ups. We like that they have obviously experienced auto repair workers that do it right the first time and don't try to oversell you on things you don't need. Keep up the great work guys and we will keep coming back to your auto repair place!

After many experiences at average to below average car repair shops, Truck Town is a relief to the not so savvy car owner like myself! They were referred by my neighbor who has apparently taken his vehicles there for everything from muffler repairs to auto air conditioning issues to flat tires. They took very good care of my car and even informed me about previous missteps make by former mechanics, along with what my car needs in the future. I felt totally comfortable asking questions and was very relieved I didn't need any major mechanical repairs that I didn't have the time or budget for. Here is basically what happened. I was taking my son to visit his father for the summer the next day so had the car serviced in Gig Harbor, including a brake line flush. Shortly after starting the trip I realized that the brake pedal was very soft and the drive would have been dangerous up the hills etc. I explained all of this to the certified mechanic at Truck Town and if there was ever an opportunity to take advantage of a desperate, ignorant woman, this was it! But they started with a brake line air bleeding and that's all it needed. Thanks again to an honest shop with an honest manager!
