TRUE Automotive – Suwanee acquired Friendship Complete Automotive Care location from Danny and Susan Radford on Halloween of 2019. This is no trick, but an amazing treat! TRUE Automotive – Suwanee is the 3rd store in the TRUE Automotive Group. We moved quickly to renovate and convert the outdated shop into the amazing state-of-the-art, clean, and welcoming facility it is today. We are especially excited to be located right in the downtown square of Suwanee right next door to the Police Station and the new StillFire Brewing Company. The entire TRUE Team is looking forward to growing more relationships in the Suwanee Community. Looking for car repair near you in Suwanee? My experience with this shop was great. Immediately on my first time here I was greeted and taken care of. Sloan and the rest of the guys were so nice and were able to help me with my issues. I would definitely recommend coming here and this is now my new favorite spot for auto care. Thank you guys

THIS IS “TRULY “ THE BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP IN GEORGIA! Read the following facts: My vehicle is a 2010 and I moved here from another state. I lost my way trying to find this location, they guided me and stayed on the phone with me until I pulled into the parking lot 20 minutes later! Of course my 2010 vehicle had failed the emissions test with 3 to 4 difference issues. OF COURSE True Auto in Suwanee repaired my vehicle and had it running close to new! I don’t recall all the issues but For under $1800 it was well worth it! However my engine light came back on. They invited me several times to bring it back. Fast forward, 6 months later I finally contact them for an oil change and now need to pass this emission test to sell the vehicle. OF COURSE they made the necessary repairs. Engine light off and stayed off and PASSED the emission test! Needless to say, with service like this, I am keeping my vehicles a little longer. Let me remind you, this is a 2010 vehicle!!! So imagine how they can service your vehicle. GREAT JOB TO THE MECHANICS! One last note, in case you missed this at the beginning the customer service is A1! You can close your eyes and choose any person there and receive the same best service.

Great service...people were very helpful. New battery, new alternator, oil change. Would have had 5 stars if they hadn't overfilled the oil and it started smoking like Dean Martin on a bender. Brought it back...problem fixed. I would still use them again.
