I was very pleased with the thorough and comprehensive report given on my vehicle. Michael answered all my questions and agreed to work on the repairs I wanted with no pressure to make all the repairs he suggested in his report. Care was given to protect my interior seats and carpeting which made me feel they respected my vehicle. A first class five star experience that insured I will be returning as a loyal customer. Sunroof would not close completely. They gave me a choice: fix it so I could use it which would be very expensive or close it and not open it again. I appreciated them giving me the two choices and I had them close it and not use it again. This charge was very reasonable. I was very impress with their integrity and I feel as if they had my best interest at heart. They have my business for as long as I have this car.

Highly recommend Turning Wrenches for any and all auto services. Michael was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to talk through the diagnostic report that was provided to me (emailed to me with explanations and pictures) and helped to determine which repairs were necessary immediately and which could be monitored and repaired at a later date. He was easy to get a hold of and coordinating service time and pick up was easy and stress free. My car felt like a brand new car upon pick up! The interior was clean and there was a complimentary bottle of water and delicious chocolate chip cookies in my cup holder. I will be going back to Turning Wrenches with all of my Audi needs.

One word...Awesome! They have always done a fantastic job for me on any issue that I've brought to them. This time they replaced a seat motor, tune up and oil change service, along with a complete inspection. Great communications, work done right the first time and done quickly. I can't say enough good things about them. However, I do miss the free cookie....thanks COVID.
