On Christmas Eve while on the way home with my family, I had a brake line blow out. After getting the car parked, and after Christmas Day, I called up Twisted Torque to see if they could fit me in that day, as I use my truck for work. Jon said that would not be a problem, bring it over. They got to work on it and turns out several more lines blew out! Scary! They worked hard on fixing the truck and stayed that night until almost 7pm, well after closing time - going way above and beyond my expectations. I was able to drive it home that night. Very knowledgeable and hard working crew there - I would certainly recommend them. Thanks guys!!! Happy New Year!!

Brake line leak had me stranded at a nearby Resort Hotel Labor Day weekend. Jon & Al got me going again the next day.. Can't praise them enough for the dedicated work they performed. These guys are definitely worth going long distance for if your ride ever needs fixing. The little Harbor Town has great restaurants nextdoor and the Lake is Gorgeous.

Jon runs an incredible business and he went far beyond the call of duty to help me out. Last Friday night about 6:00 pm my car started making a terrible noise coming from my rear wheels. I pulled over and couldn't find anything. At 20 mph my car limped into Williams Bay and I pulled into the Mobil Station. I asked the manager where I could find an auto mechanic that night. He pointed next door, to Twisted Torque. I went there and met the owner, Jon. Even though he was still busy working he and I took the car out and managed to recreate the noise. He said it sounded like an emergency brake problem. He made some adjustments. Then took the car back to the shop where he disassembled the rear wheels and inspected everything. HE discovered some damage done to my brakes from a prior brake job and also discovered a failing wheel bearing. HE reassembled the wheels and the noise was gone. Came back the next day and had the wheel bearing replaced. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable explaining everything. Thank you Jon!
