My husband called to set an appointment and get a quote on the price of repairs for our vehicle. The woman we speak to on the phone was very lovely and helpful. She set our appointment and told us to call back in an hour to speak to Paul and he would be able to provide us with a quote. My husband called back the following day and asked to speak with the gentleman who was in charge. The gentleman was in fact Paul. My husband was immediately met with rudeness and agitation from the time he spoke to Paul. He tried to rush my husband off the phone. He continually denied that my husband even spoke to anyone at the shop, because everyone that worked there knew to give the right information. When my husband asked why he was being spoken to in this manner, Paul denied having an attitude. Needless to say, the the customer service was lacking significantly, along with professionalism. Due to this interaction alone, I cannot recommend going to this shop for your auto repair needs.

These folks are the best! They do whatever they can to make sure your entire car is okay. Even dealing with hurricane Ida was less stressful because they helped us out. Would definitely recommend bringing your car here!

They charge me for work they haven’t done they had such a bad experience they only wants money from people, SO RUDE i will never go again
