GREAT shop!!! I highly recommend them to anyone! I had to get my car towed there late one night and they had my car good as new the next day by the afternoon! Also told me some other problems that I had and should get fixed so they don’t cause more problems. Great at communicating and prices are affordable! Will now be my car shop from now on!

I was selling my car, buyer wanted to do a pre purchase inspection at Uwrench. When I get my car back, they bend the pinch weld. They don't even know how to lift cars properly. My car is a Red 2010 Scion xD, the buyer brought the car in himself. That's probably why it did not show up in your system. Paint was chipped off fresh and bare metal is shown.

I've been coming to UWrench for the last 6 years now and they have done a lot of work on my truck, and I mean a lot. They are very affordable, very polite, and when ever there is a problem (if ever) they always make it right. They have a customer for life.

Paid for diagnostics and got an incorrect diagnosis. My Jeep has been overheating, no codes or anything but the fan doesn't like to kick on. I'd observed it kicking on very slow on a few occasions, but when the car is hot and it should be kicking on, it hasn't been, causing the car to overheat to the point of the coolant boiling. Scheduled diagnostics, took it in and they said sure enough, the fan isn't doing it's job, and that the fan solenoid was bad and needed to be replaced, but the part isn't sold anymore so the only option would be to get the whole fan assembly from the dealer for $3500. That's pretty much the Jeep's worth in perfect condition, so I decided to look around for myself and paid the $45 diagnostic fee. Found the fan assembly for $28, replaced just the solenoid and the issue still persists. The fan kicked on at first at full speed but wouldn't come on again after that. As it's a hydraulic fan that shares fluid with the power steering pump, and as I'm hearing some whining and groaning from the power steering, I suspect it's a power steering issue. I'm not a fan of paying for diagnostics just to be told the incorrect thing. They do however seem to have good customer service and a well maintained lobby.
