Dennis and Jeff at Valley Audio Install went above and beyond for us today. I thought I had purchased the correct amp for my sons sub but it wasn’t ideal for the set up we were trying to achieve. Jeff called after I dropped off the truck and explained to this to me. Dennis decided to trade my amp for an amp that he had that would work better. It turns out this amp was sentimental to him. It was a friend of his that had passed away. It was the last piece of stereo equipment from his friend that he was still holding on to. He was so gracious to give that to my son. This really touched our hearts. I was fully expecting to have to purchase a different amp and come back another time. Jeff took the time to show my son how everything works and explained things to us so well. They were timely and efficient. High quality work. Would definitely recommend their services. Thank you both so much for making this boys 16th birthday present come true. He hasn’t stopped smiling since we left.

Love everything about this place. Great customer service and a large friendly dog that makes your feel right at home. The work speaks for itself. They let me know that I actually had an extra amp in the car that I just purchased and made sure to include that in my setup. It sounds phenomenal so now, I can't stop driving my car. They also discovered that my car had a remote start and made sure to program it and add in a new key. These guys did excellent work and will go back if I need upgrades or another install.

I rarely leave reviews but these guys deserve one. I highly recommend going here for any car audio installation you need. They did an absolutely fantastic clean install of my JL Audio stealthbox and Amp in my Toyota Tundra. They charged me at a fraction of the cost I was quoted by Aspen Sound. Aspen Sound on Division quoted me a crazy $850 dollars for an install! I'm so glad I found Valley Audio Install. Don't hesitate to go here.

Phenomenal job installing my 10 in.sub! They work so quickly! I can’t see a single wire! The sound quality is absolutely gorgeous! I am so pleased with this shop! They are 100000% better than CAR TOYS! Thank you so much!

Jeff and the folks here are great. Over 30+ years experience and they gave us a heads up on another issue which was helpful. Sully is my favorite part of this experience.. Such a sweet greeter and ambassador. Found our guys and would highly recommend.. Oh and he had us in and out in no time. Not to mention we now have sound so yay!!!! Thanks guys appreciate you..
