Valley Automotive Repair and Electric does excellent work. They are very thorough, use quality parts, and get things done in a timely manner. The front office is friendly and one thing I appreciate most which in my mind separates them from their competition is their level of communication. They are always quick to respond to and do a great job of keeping me updated on my vehicle's progress. I've been trusting them with my vehicles since 2020 and will continue to do so until I leave the area. Highly recommend!

Valley Auto is close to home and I’m happy to support a small business. They’re organized and responsive. The costs came in a little lower than the estimate and they also caught the fact that I’d missed an oil change. Nice place.

Their customer service is amazing!!! They go above and beyond to fully check your vehicle, give you a complete overview of what's needed/recommended by there's no pressure, I was able to decide, with their guidance, what I needed to do now, and what I could wait on.

VA&E really strives for professionalism and top notch customer service. They will do whatever they can to ensure customer satisfaction. Emily understands the importance of listening to customer concerns and making sure all needs are met. Valley automotive (and anyone for that matter) can’t promise perfection, but what VA&E can promise is to make things right if needed and that’s what they did with full transparency. My girlfriend and I will continue to bring her van and my truck there.
