Great service at a good price. I go for my regular oil change here plus anything else that goes wrong with my car and it’s a pleasure every time. There’s coffee and tea in the waiting room and comfy couches to pass the time. They’ve gotten to know me as a client and it’s great to have such a friendly welcome. They also do great work! They’re thorough in their work, and give me a heads up for things to come so I can save up and be ready. I’ve never had a car shop do that for me and it helps so much! Highly recommend.

I was looking for a quality locally owned auto shop and that’s exactly what I found. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. All the employees I met were pleasant. I liked that they took the time to explain to me what they were doing to fix my car and answer my questions. I even received a digital report with pictures of the damage and work being done to further illustrate it

Brian and his staff always provide excellent service. They recently repaired my daughter's car when she had an emergency. To add to our review, for years, Brian from Vaupell Auto has kept our two older cars running with accurate diagnoses and professional work. Recently, what was expected to be an expensive but necessary repair to the oil pan and timing chain led to the discovery that the underside was rusted out and not repairable. Brian asked me to come down to his shop so he could show me the damage and advise me that spending money to attempt a repair was unwise. Brian also would not allow me to compensate him for the time and effort that went into starting the job. We would highly recommend this local businessman to anybody who needs repair to a vehicle.

Very good, honest service. It took some time to get an appointment, but once there, they were able to get the parts they needed and take care of the car quickly. The Nissan dealer tried to convince me that I needed to change my brakes 6 months ago, they told me the brakes would probably only last a few weeks. Well it’s been about six months and the folks at Vaupell told me the brakes still had about 15% life left to them. They didn’t try to rush me into getting my brakes done right now either. I decided to do so on my own so I wouldn’t run into brake issues in the middle of winter. This is my second time using Vaupell and they’ve definitely earned my trust and future business.

Awesome, as always! Never have to worry about the quality of their work or getting ripped off. They made me aware that my battery needed to be replaced, I'm so grateful for their expertise & service; definitely gave me reassurance about driving in the upcoming months.
