Vic's looked at my power steering he said rack & pinion needed replaced, And tie rod, The tie rod didn't need replaced He said it would cost $900 to do all So I called him Thursday morning to see if he could get it fixed Thursday or Friday, He said it would be an all day job And the shop in Edmond had it done in less then 3hrs Vic got rude and now wanted $970 He also did fixed the A/ C the week before he said the A/C blower motor and resistor needed replaced But just the resistor needed replaced I know because the A/C started blowing air so the blower motor was good, Just the resistor needed replaced So he charged me for the blower motor that didn't need replaced I took the truck to a shop in Edmond and they replaced the rack & pinion for $880 and free alignment and life time warrant on the parts And said the tie rods were fine, I do not recommend using Vic for anything, Vic idk where u got I talked poorly to my grandparents over the phone 😂 My grandparents can confirm that I never talked to them poorly over the phone. And u told me 900 with tax, then u went up when you got ticked Idk how u stay in business if u treat all your customers like u are me😳 And I thought I was calling the shop Just leave a voicemail, I only call twice about the rack and pinion🤷

The Guys are great ,very fair.I had a power steering leak on my daughters car .He said hose clamp was loose.So he just tightened it up .He did an inspection and noticed the plastic was cracking on the thermostat and starting to leak a little .He put new thermostat and some new coolant hoses.But he saved my daughter from having a possible breakdown on the road.I have been coming here a few years .and bring all my cars here.Highly recommend these guys .They have found things that have prevented breakdowns.Take your car for oil change ,they do a free safety inspection. Thumbs Up👍
