Max Chandler1 StarVIKING AUTOMOTIVE WAS NEGLIGENT AND CAUSED AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION
I brought my van in today to get an oil change and have the brake pads and rotors replaced. On the way home I immediately noticed a very loud clicking noise that got faster as I sped up and slower as I slowed down. After an hour of further inspection, this noise was the entire wheel coming loose from the car because the lug nuts on the rear driver's side wheel were barely hand tight! 3 of the six lug nuts came off with the plastic cover, and the other 3 required minimum effort to remove. I attached a photo of what I found after I removed the plastic cover.
Up until this point I was extremely happy with the service I had received here, but this is unacceptable. This negligence created an extremely dangerous situation, and I expect to hear back from them for a resolution as soon as they open on Monday.Saturday 9th April 2022
