Bought a 2001 Focus needed a windshield, new headlights, oil change and full inspection. overall seemed like really good place. Professional and a friend had work done prior that he was happy with so fit the bill. I have a 6 yr old so I wanted to make sure it was safe to have her in the car. this was repeatedly stated about making this car safe for my child. I got my car back and the passenger front was making noise by tire. When i left Vinnys. Which is now Wells Diesel I was told my car was good to go. So trusting in a mechanic like you should I didn"t think anything bc again I was told it was all checked out and safe. The car kept making that noise so I got concerned called my friend thats helping me and he said take it back. So I did only to find out that the car was indeed still not safe at all. That they recommended I not drive the car until the problem is fixed which basically sets me back for another week bc the full inspection I was supose to have from the beginning was not what I got bc lack from someone. Which puts you all to blame. You were told repeatedly that there was going to be a toddler in this car. I spoke with your son when I dropped the car off for the second time. I am positive that in your eyes your sons life is priceless right. that your world is revolved around keeping them safe. Well, my childs life means just as much to me and your company put that at risk when you sent us off in a very dangerous car giving your word that it was safe. Next customer maybe think before you speak. definitely do your job or weed out the one who isn't. What if something would have actually happened to my child bc you gave false information and sent me off with a car that was still dangerous. I am local as well and I will make sure this is known.
