First of all I'm not here to say negative or positive things about a person's business. I really don't do reviews. I was looking for a wire hardness for my son's vehicle since I couldn't find one at the local stores nearby. I was told there was a car audio in Oliver Springs so I stopped. I walked in the door and it smelled like heavy paint thinner in the seating area. A guy name Jay came in from the garage area which was very overbearing with is greeting and not respective when I was trying to ask questions. Another thing I do have a degree as a Electrical Engineer and have worked on many radios in my day. He treated me like I didn't know anything. The price of the wire hardness he suggested was $79 dollars with door chimes and steering wheel controls. I talked with a friend telling me they are very high in their prices which I don't know if it was true or not but I did manage to buy the same wire hardness online at Amazon with the same features for $24.99 to install in my son's Trailblazer. It works great... I'm giving a neutral review and no I will not shop or recommend them to any of my friends.

Ordered a plug and play amp and speakers for my motorcycle, the first amp was not working properly. I was sent a second amp that was supposed to be “new”, it was far from new. Fuse was twisted almost in half, rip on the power cord, wire harness was twisted almost all the way around, she explained to me that the accident burnt the wires with a torch, remote wire splicer was cross threaded, screw for the fuse block was stripped out. When I asked if she would be happy if she ordered new and was sent something in this condition would she be happy, I was ignored and never got a response. Not a good way to do business when you pay for over night shipping and you have to deal with issues and problems for over a week. Was told to send pictures and haven’t heard anything back about it.

I had All new speakers put in my Tahoe. They done an excellent job and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for all your car audio needs.
