Had W.E. Bonnie out for a plumbing repair yesterday. Sprung a leak in the basement and they were able to come out same day and replace my water heater. Job was neat and clean and done all within one day.

I hired Bonnie to do some plumbing work. My handyman, who was also working on my house that day, said that Bonnie's man asked the handyman to install the faucet for him and was trying to finish up and leave early. So the next day, I called Bonnie to tell him this. Over the phone, he said "hold on." A minute or so later, Bonnie gets back on the phone and says "Let me tell you exactly what happened yesterday..." and then went into a profanity-laden tirade that would have embarrassed a foul-mouthed sailor. It actually didn't matter what I said in the initial complaint. Bonnie could have taken it and said "OK, I'll talk to the guy." Instead, he chose the low road and became vitriolic and abusive. Here, Bonnie made the mistake of firing the customer BEFORE being paid! (Oops) There are so many providers in his field. Go with one that has more class and dignity.
