They have two offices: one for oil changes and one for everything else. The staff was professional and explained things at the end. It is also convenient for me as is close to my office. Over the years I have used several auto maintenance companies and some time ago I settled on Wally's. I highly recommend Wally's for their care in quality work, positive attitude towards their customers, and can attest to returning your auto in better shape than when you delivered it to them. And I'm referring to beyond just the repair work. The staff was nice but not very helpful to new customers. Not giving guidance to people who clearly didn't know how the shop/waiting room was set up. The fact that the cashier was more than nice made up for the lack of information early on. Also getting a discount for having bought my vehicle from a sponsored dealer (Hertz Auto Sales) makes the choice to go back an easier one.

The guys at the front were very friendly and made me feel significantly less stupid about the issues I caused through negligence. I would strongly recommend this place for people who don’t know a lot about cars and those who do.
