We arrived at 8AM. There were no other customers. My goal was to get an oil change and tire rotation. After one hour, my car had not been started. We had been shopping and returned expecting it to be complete. We were told it would be 45 more minutes. After another hour we were upset as we had other appointments and told them to skip the tires. I would not have been upset if I had walked into a busy service station. As I was first and it was very quiet, I feel as if we didn't matter at all.

Excellent service - 1996 Maxima L/R tire: fixed/patched slow leak with nail in center tread - also found and pulled 2nd nail at tread edge w no puncture, for only $15. Will also take in 2nd car 2006 Maxima also for L/R slow leak flat repair soon. OV
