If you’re busy you should be aware of it and admit it to your customers. I was told it would be a little more than an hour for an oil change...that turned into 2 1/2 hours. And then when I got in my car my hand slipped off the handle because it was greasy/oily from whoever touched it last.

My tires here was less than half of what I paid for tires at les schwabs. So in a couple years when I buy me another set I will still have paid about 200 less than if I had bought 1 set at les Schwabs. You just can't beat Walmart tire center it turns out. The only down fall is you can't call them and get anyone one the phone cause it just rings then disconnected but I can promise you if you actually go on in there you won't be sorry.

Well, you get what you pay for. If you can afford to go somewhere else or you care about your time and your vehicle, you need to stay away from here. I had an appointment at 4pm and they didn't start working on my car until 4:45pm. They forgot to put my spare tire in the trunk and I almost left without getting my wheel lock key back. I was told it was in the car, so I checked everywhere. I walked back inside and the tech said "oh yeah I'll go grab it". Nice. The worst part is that they scratched a couple wheels and put the wheel weights on the outside of the wheels. On one wheel there is a 1" chunk of paint missing where they put the weight in the wrong spot and had to move it. Absolutely hideous. The employees were very nice. Thats why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1.
