The prices are better than most and the service is ok. You're definitely not going to find any extremely friendly staff, just guys looking to get the job done with as little talking as possible. Walmart should definitely invest in a seating area for their customers. I know I personally spent a few hundred dollars there just recently and having a place to sit and wait would've been nice and I don't think it's too much to ask. Also, the guys working in the bays should be a little more careful, my floor mat on my driver side had oil smeared all over it from someone's feet. Seriously, just put down a paper mat...it's not that hard.

Took my car for tire light, because new to the area and didn't establish a mechanic, took 1 tire off so they say, I didn't watch. Nothing wrong, can't reset light machine has been broke and not fixed or replaced. Register person was saying shut up to the register, clearly unprofessional. A mechanic came out, talked to another customer , then tell me Nothing wrong with tires. Took car for oil change, should have learned from tire experience not to do it, drove a couple thousand miles not realizing oil leak, who would expect after an oil change 6 weeks ago. Added 3 quarts of oil, then took to mechanic and whatever they used to put the oil filter on with, put a pin hole in the filter. I have learned my lesson.

Was in and out pretty quick. I hit the store at a slow time and got that oil changed quickly. Great job

I Had oil changed on 2015 explorer, it has 4 screws that hold belly pan in place. I got one block and 2 of the 4 were not fastened and pan dragging the ground. I took it back and same guy SUPPOSEDLY did it right this time. BUT NO HE DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT AGAIN, the pan is hanging loose again, so now I have to jack it up on a dirt drive and see if he damaged the fasteners and belly pan. I'll try and fix it and I will report this to management or Bentonville.
