They put a tire on a rim for me put it on my sons car and it wasn't sealed took it back they did it again still didn't seal took it back they finally fixed it right but my husband paid them again i would not have paid them again

Come here if you like to wait a long time. I waited 3 hours with 2 cars in front of me and all they were getting was tires put on. I stood outside and watched 3 guys talk for 10 minutes without touching anything. That’s an average of 1 car per hour when I was there. Slowest people ever each time I have came. Go somewhere else because hammers tires in west Frankfort had my tires on the rim and I was pulling off in 30 minutes because they actually worked on 2 cars at once and didn’t stand around talking

Terrible Wanted to get an oil change. 2 guys on the lot too busy talking to acknowledge me. I we t inside the guy there was helping someone, guy in office never acknowledged. Even if on break he could have said some will be with you. The gal who came up tried. We went back outside the 1 guy was not there his co worker said he was off in 8 mins So back inside, as we were going in the employee we were just talking to said if you don't find his co worker he would come in and do the oil change. Wow how big of him I decided if you don't want to change the oil I really don't want you to touch my car. I got a few things and checked out 3 men were standing on either side of the door 2 employees and maybe a Male customer I had to walk between them as none offered to move and let me by. 2 hours before auto center was to close. Only 1 truck in the bay. Lazy, lazy rude I won't go back for an oil change. Very uncomfortable
