Not very impressed. Brought in my car battery one night to see if I could get it replaced on the warranty since it has died on me several times. They removed it and said that it needed to be charged before they could test it, and it spent over an hour charging and weren't able to test it since it didn't finish charging, so they sent me home. Understandable, I arrived an hour before close. The next day I arrive and they walk out to the car with a portable tester, tested it without charging it, and said it was a good battery and didn't need replaced. The difference of these tests confuses me and makes me question how accurate they are. I really don't know whether or not my battery is good.

They told us that it would take 30 minutes and it took an hour and 10 minutes. The big guy just stood there looking at the car for 20 minutes and took 2 minutes to pour the oil in.
