Just sitting here, eating a frozen burrito, and I’m told that you guys charged a family member to park in an empty lot after blocking them in!? What kind of professionalism is that?? Is it really that hard to put up some signs? Your concrete isn’t that special…. Do better.

This is specific to my experience renting a budget truck from this location. I called to let them know that I was running late and they said that it would be no problem. I came, and I rented the truck as expected. I dropped off the truck and noticed some price discrepancies between the reservation and what I was actually getting changed. They added insurance without telling me, the daily rate was changed, the cost of mileage was changed, and the overall difference was $100 more, or so I thought. I was told that I needed to reach out to Budget directly. I did so. Budget told me that this location listed my reservation as a no-show and charged me $75 for it. They then made up some random reservation and charged me an additional $155. Either they don't know what they're doing with the truck rentals, or this is a bait and switch attempt. Wither way, what a bad experience and now I'm left arguing with their Budget/Avis corporate overlords. I will not be renting from here in the future.

Went to service our Durango, was told it would be around $60 for everything, oil, service, labor. Ended up with a bill of $130. I've never paid this much anywhere, nor been lied to like this. Will definitely not be going back. If you can't trust them fwith an oil change, who knows what else you can't trust them with.
