It wasn't the first time I have been to them I have rented U-hauls in the past from here so when it came to my car I knew just where I wanted to go. Margaret Wilson1 StarI wouldn’t recommend this place is you have starter problems. I chose this place because of the reviews. A few weeks ago, thought they fixed my car, and now it has stopped working a few days ago. Now I’m back at square 1, $1000 in repairs, just for my car not to be fixed. New tires though, first day i got my car back, my brakes were squeaking, radio was malfunctioning, and I could’ve sworn I asked for them to check out my car for any other problems, there’s something rattling underneath my car that they claimed to not have heard but as soon as you drive my car, you can hear and feel it clear as day. Alerted them about my car not running Friday, supposedly the shop is open Saturday, didn’t get a call back till Monday, and wants me to pay $90 to tow it BACK to their shop for a problem they didn’t fix, was suppose to call me back about the towing and never did. They seemed like very nice people, but the way the man talked to me on the phone yesterday about the problem, he seemed a little hostile and impatient. Won’t be back there again but they got their money though! I just want my car fixed, wanted to take my son somewhere for his birthday, now I got to pay for my car to be fixed.Tuesday 15th June 2021
Darrell Mitchell1 StarI put a pully on a power steering pump and couldn't get it on the rest of the way! So I called and the man said bring it by (the pump did still turn at that time) and they would see what could be done. I was at work so had my wife take it over. Now the pump won't turn and the back plate is busted where they put it in a press! So now the person who broke it wants to blame me. Now the pump is 300.00 it worked before they put it in a press!Wednesday 19th May 2021
