My son's car axle broke and we were informed of the cost and time frame of repair. The turnaround time of the repair was quick. When I got my brakes replaced last fall, they took the time to bring me out to the shop and show me what was wrong with the brakes instead of just telling me the list of problems like the dealerships do. Josh Harju5 StarPower steering went out on my wife's car, so called this shop on a Thursday morning and was able to get it in to get looked at that same day. Turns out the pump had failed, so they ordered it on Friday and had it fixed on Monday when it came in. Very responsive and up front about everything, will definitely use them again should issues arise.Saturday 9th April 2022
Lori McLaughlin-Fritz5 StarI just moved to the area near Southridge Mall and my wipers weren't workking on my car. I called Welk's and Luis answered the phone. After describing the problem, he said it could be the wiper transmission and he would order the part just in case. So next day I drove it into the shop. Carlos worked on it immediately. He fixed the problem without having to install the part and did not charge me for his time. He also did an oil change and did it so fast!! Luis and Carlos were so nice to me and everyone who stopped in while I was waiting. I definitely will use them for all my car needs and recommend them highly!Tuesday 1st March 2022
