I am so grateful I found Westco. Dave and Reg, the two guys I talked to directly about my 2014 Honda CR-V treated me with respect. I had been having some troubles with weird noises and what I assumed was a slipping transmission. I brought it to a different shop that was recommended to me and was told I had a blown head gasket and needed a new engine for around $5800. I figured I should get a second opinion and was super glad I did. These guys took care of me like no other shop ever has. Dave and Reg consistently called and kept me informed of where they were at with things. They even called one afternoon to apologize for not being able to get to my car that day. I ended up paying just under 2K but that included new brakes, rotors and tires (which I knew I needed). The issue I actually brought it in for turned out to cost me about 400 bucks instead of the 5800. I believe Terry was the guy who found the issues I was having and I am forever grateful for the work, communication and professionalism these guys all showed me. I guarantee I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else. I sincerely felt like I was their only customer. I know they will take care of you like they did me. I cannot recommend Westco Auto enough for your repair needs.

I brought in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with what I thought was a transfer case issue. The last shop to look at it said it would be over $3k. I'm so glad I brought it to them because it was not the transfer case... it was the front drive shaft. These guys seriously saved me thousands of dollars today. Terry is a Jeep master, Amber is the sweetest, most professional team player I've met behind the desk at an auto shop and the shop itself is top notch. These guys can fix anything. If there was an option to give them 15 stars, I would. Thank you guys so much! My jeep is driving like a dream now.
