"I came home from vacation to find our van had a battery light on. I took the vehicle to Weston Automotive that afternoon since they had an opening in their schedule. By the next day they had diagnosed the issue, checked with my warranty company, had it repaired and ready to go when I got off work.

"To start with, I drive a 2015 Audi S3. The S3 and it's Volkswagen counterpart both have a transmission service that needs to occur every 30k-40k miles or else you could be in for a world of hurt. This service, on average, is over $500 at the dealership.

I called one morning as a last minute thing to see if I could get my S3 in for this service that day. When I called, Joe, the lead tech, answered the phone as Peter, the service manager, had stepped away briefly. Joe was very polite and said that if I got the car there that morning (coming from Greeley), he could get the service done.

When I arrived, I spoke with Peter who was very polite and ran me through everything. I set up shop in the lobby to work on some homework and answer some emails, and before I knew it, Peter was coming to talk to me about an anomaly in the transmission filter media they found. Then, not much longer, the car was finished. That $500 service at the dealer? Out the door at $350, much better in my opinion. I will definitely be having Weston Auto work on my S3 for the conceivable future."

Was driving a Sprinter camper to Fort Collins to visit my son and avoid a huge snow storm. Raging winds and heavy snow then the vans alternator went out and we lost all power. Weston got a new alternator in the next day and got us on the road that evening. Amazing business, welcoming owners and great techs. I’ve already recommended to another semi-local sprinter owner to use. So glad Weston was around and got us on our way.

I’m 81 years old and have NEVER taken my cars to a place like Weston. From the moment you walk in, you know this place is top notch. They diagnosed my problem and I made an appointment to bring the car back. When the service was done I received a detailed list via TEXT of all they had checked on my vehicle …a 43 point check list! When I returned to pick up the car, they had printed out that list. I was surprised that such excellent service was priced so reasonably. I highly recommend this place and there’s no question where I will be taking my cars in the future!

Peter took time with me. He went over my previous service records and did a complete check up on my car. He spent around an hour with me, even though he had customers waiting. All at no charge. He answered my questions I had about my previous service I had at a local dealership’s service department I had recently had done. The local dealerships’s records they had on their computer, which I had them print me a copy, did not match what they had given me from my previous service and they were recommending service that was not needed. I will recommend Weston to all my friends, family and acquaintances. Peter was patient and very considerate and I feel like I now have a reliable, honest service department. I can’t thank him and his service department enough for everything he did for me.

Amazing customer service and great prices, not your typical dealership/auto servicing company - Way Better! Peter was such a pleasure to work with, would recommend to anyone looking for fair, honest, and quality work hands down over anywhere else!
