In a world where service has become a commodity and hard to find, It’s great to find a family owned business that treats you well and still believes in it. The folks at Wheelocks work hard for their customers and treat people fairly. They’re no “9-5 shop”.. they’ve stayed late and called me after hours to let me know my vehicle was done and ready to pick up if I wanted. My only problem … I wish I’d found them sooner! While no business is perfect, they strive for excellence and I appreciate that.

Went here when my car broke-down , they took 2 weeks to "fix" the issue and ended up having the same thing happen a week after getting my car back. I took my car back to them and they took another 10 days to tell me that I "filled up my gas too high". A week after getting my car back the same thing happened yet again so they ended up misdiagnosing the issue and costing me 600$ to fix the "problem" that happened 3 times after they "fixed" my car. The issue was my gas would stop working randomly when I was driving then my car would just die and wouldn't be able to start. They said it was a sensor issue and the same thing happened yet again. They didn't test the battery or the alternator. They have a low quality of service and take far too long to give any updates whatsoever. Will never go back here due to their lack of communication as well as lack of effort when it comes to identifying the issue.
