Because my car is relatively new it hasn't needed much service, really nothing more than the regular interval maintenance. But I always choose White Oak Mercedes even for routine maintenance.
This time, my Mercedes wouldn't star:
1) called AAA for a jump and verified battery needed replacing
2) called White Oak Mercedes for a battery replacement
3) battery arrived next day, and White Oak Mercedes called to let me know.
4) drove to White Oak Mercedes
5) was out in about 15 minutes with a new battery installed.
No fuss, no muss.

Rami and team are solid professionals who know their craft extremely well. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and will continue to be so for as long as they are around.
