My grandmother has been calling and having them come out for over 3 years to fix her furnace, the last time just last week. Needless to say the furnace still isn't fixed, the same problem they "fixed" last week is still a problem. The sad thing is they continued charging her to fix the same thing, yet never actually fixing it. So if you like to throw your money away they are perfect for you. I have finally convinced her to look elsewhere and find a business that will actually do the work.
