My car was having exhaust issues. I was given quotes on the costs to repair and to replace. However, Wildcat Auto didn’t stop there. They also helped me to understand where the problem was coming from and how the issue could possibly be covered under the car’s emissions warranty. After a Google search and a diagnosis by the manufacturer, I found that Wildcat Auto was correct. They could have easily just taken my money, but instead helped me to get my car back into working order in a way that was most affordable (free) to me. I was impressed by their knowledge of vehicles, but I was even more impressed by their willingness to help, even though no profit was to be made. Robert, the owner is an excellent business man. He listens, pays attention to your concerns and keeps in good communication with you. I had several weird things that were happening all at once, and he worked through them one by one keeping me posted of his progress and the amount of money it would take to fix each item. I felt very well treated and respected as a customer. Its been a month since I got the car back, all fixes he made worked and still work perfectly. I have a great deal of trust and faith in him and his work. I have finally found a competent and trusted mechanic.
