This was my first time personally getting my van’s oil changed here. My wife and I had purchased this van a year and a half ago. She had been here about four other times prior to me coming and had great experiences there. She recently passed away and there was a slight misunderstanding on my appointment date and time. Once it was sorted out, the manager comped my oil change. I did not expect that and was extremely appreciative of the kindness and sincerity that Mike demonstrated. I highly recommend everyone coming here and using their services.
