The manager fit me in the schedule even though I made an appointment. He was training a new guy up front and only had one guy in the shop and he was training a new guy also. Despite they were short handed they did not turn anyone away and I was only there a little over an hour and I was fine with that. The manager was really nice and helpful and signed me up for the reward/referral program. I will definitely be back!

Easy to schedule and an easy pick up. Used a coupon for the oil change for a great value. Topped off fluids and tires and provided competitive estimates on other needed repairs. Gerson was friendly and thorough. Great old school mom and pop vibe in a clean office.

A big thank you to Nancy, Gerson, and Conway. I appreciate how the staff at Wilhelm took a negative situation and turned it into a big smile and a very happy customer (that’s me!). I had lost all hope for my car, but this particular Wilhelm made it so I don’t have to stress about whether or not I’m going to make it to or from work everyday.
