Meet Surprise Store Manager David Wimbley
David Wimbley is the manager of Wilhelm Automotive’s Surprise Auto Repair & Service Center. He brings experience and education to his leadership position. A graduate of Northern Arizona University, he worked his way through school with jobs in the automotive field. With more than twelve years of automotive experience to draw on, Wimbley offers knowledgeable guidance when customers need to make repair decisions. He embraces the Wilhelm commitment to excellence in both customer service and professional workmanship.
To prepare for his duties, Wimbley starts his day with pre-dawn workouts at a local gym. You’ll find him, bright and early, at 14297 W. Grand Avenue in Surprise.

Not only did they replace my damaged tire, but they found me a similar tire at a lower price and got me a ride to and from home and it was free to me! They were wonderful!Wednesday 2nd March 2022
Julie Manthei5 StarI was very pleased that they could get my car in quickly. I was also pleased with the work done at a reasonable price. They gave me a second opinion on a rack and pinion issue. Another garage gave me an opinion with a pricey estimate. Wilhelm mechanics did not feel that was a problem. carol ransome5 StarThis was my first experience at Wilhelm. They were recommended by several friends as to being honest, quality of work and helpful in explanation of thing to be done.
Jacob was my service coordinator , he was very knowledgeable and did a great job relaying all the pertinent info to me so that I could make a knowledgeable decision to have the correct things done.

Anita Speese3 StarThe guy at the desk told me the car inspection showed my air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. I just had the air filter replaced within the last month. After I told
him that and asked him again they said it looked dirty, he admitted that they hadn't looked at it. I don't like being lied to.
Also, the ad online said $49.95 for full synthetic oil change. In small print it says plus taxes and $4 disposal fee. I was charged $62. Why not be straight with people????Thursday 17th February 2022
