I was referred to Williamsburg Automotive by Valvoline in Toano. I needed my daughters brakes to be checked as she was in town from college and I was worried there may be an issue. Mike the owner was so very pleasant and professional, he even rotated the tires. I was thankful for his prompt service and attention to detail. I would recommend this auto shop to others and I will continue to utilize his service for all our Automotive needs in the future!

Honest. Took my car in for work and after diagnosing it, they said I should take it to the dealer because the problem is probably still under warranty. Could have easily taken my money and made the repair themselves. Also, very quick to diagnose and call. Squeezed me in without an appointment. After all that, no charge for the diagnosis. Will definitely come back for future repairs.

My engine was misfiring. They diagnosed the issue and didn’t overcharge for the repairs. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone needing anything done to their vehicle.

Lifesaver while on vacation! Car issue that had to be addressed, arrived when they opened and our car was being looked at within 15 minutes. We were walked through various situations from a quick fix (ie: here's a great breakfast place), we can help arrange a ride back to your hotel, or the possibility of renting a car. Fortunately, we only needed steering fluid and were on our way back to the hotel within an hour. Watching the interaction between the "regulars" and team there demonstrated their top notch personal service. We could not have happened upon a more caring environment in a stressful situation!
