I came in a couple weeks ago to get my brakes and everyone was super helpful. They let me drop my car off at 530 the night before, so I didn't have to miss work. The day they fixed my brakes, they called me to explain what was wrong and go over my options. They never tried to upsell me or get me to fix something that was broken. They were very knowledgeable and fair, and I'll definitely be coming back!

This review is for a friend of mine who used this service. Call yesterday to see if I could bring my car in to Wray Automotive. They had me bring my car in yesterday evening and by this morning they had called to say they had finished. I was very impressed with the service both in person and on the phone. The pricing was lower than other services in town which I was greatly appreciative of. I have previously taken my car to other automotive repair shops and I was told that there was no issue with my car. I was told this twice, in-fact. Wray automotive was quick to locate the problem and get it solved. I was in need of struts on both the left and right side. I am so relived to be able to drive my car in confidence. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Great local service!

As a woman, I typically dread any experience with a mechanic, but a friend recommended Wray Automotive when my car wouldn't start. I was delighted. Everyone that I had an interaction was respectful and kind. They called me multiple times with updates and explained everything clearly. They were honest and did not try to upsell me at all. They even have an arrangement with a towing company so they rolled that charge onto my bill. This was very fortunate for me since the car was not at home, I didn't have to wait with the car or try to get a payment over to the tow company. I definitely recommend them.

I’ve had such universally good experiences with Wray Automotive in the nearly 2 years I’ve been taking my car in to them! They always do an excellent job, finish promptly, communicate well, and keep thorough records. And the staff are so respectful and honest with customers, which I really appreciate as a woman who’s had less-than-ideal experiences at other shops. I will continue recommending them to friends and colleagues in the Bloomington area!

I've been to Wray Automotive 3 times over the years and I have always came away very pleased and with my car in working order again. This most recent time, a miscommunication between myself and the wreckers lead to my vehicle being dropped off almost a week ahead of schedule. Wray was totally cool about it and even squeezed it in ahead of time. They'll keep you in the loop on the progress of the repairs and won't try to add any unnecessary costs. I can say that they truly deserve the 5 stars they've received. I know who to call next time I need any work done.
