While you should always consult your owner's manual, many manuals recommend that you service your car more frequently than the manual specifies if you drive in "severe" conditions. Any of the following qualify you as driving in severe conditions: driving in stop-and-go traffic, frequent short trips, extreme temperatures, towing and hauling, driving at prolonged high speeds, frequent start ups and shut downs of the ignition, extensive idling or driving in mountainous terrain.

I LOVE XperTech! Insert key in ignition. Turn key. “Click, click …”. Nothing. Called Xpertech and they got me right in. Got my battery replaced quickly and as always service was friendly, professional and completed to my satisfaction. I really appreciate the honesty of the Xpertech crew. They don't try to sell you something you don't need - yet! But they will advise when something should be done. I was in for an oil change and general checkup, and my brake fluid was past its prime, so they were able to the work right then,

From the time we called to the time we left it was nothing but a great experience! Jamie was friendly, courteous and asked all the right questions. The brake job was done in a very timely manner and at a fair cost. I’m so glad we found them. I would recommend them for sure! Another plus the waiting area was very clean and nicely decorated.
